Luminex. Luminex is a new kind of fabric that glows! It is not shiny, neither is it luminous. It gives off it's own light!Designers of the handbag took tiny, flexible optical fibers developed for high-energy physics experiments and wove them into ordinary fabric.
Wondering how it get it's energy to light up?The power supply actually comes from an ordinary battery sewn into the cloth.
Where is it used?Luminex is currently being used in stage costumes, handbags and curtains as well as clothing.
